Staff Development Coordinator

Bailey joined Moraine Ridge Senior Living in August of 2011 as a Resident Assistant.  She went on to mentor new staff, became a Dementia Specialist in 2013, and a very valuable member of our growing team.  Bailey is a member of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Team.  As the Staff Development Coordinator she orientates and trains new staff, monitors and coaches Resident Assistants and CNAs.  Bailey provides them with the tools to uphold high standards of resident care by monitoring and ensuring the conditions of health, comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients.

Bailey has lived in Green Bay her entire life.  Bailey and her Fiancé, Brandon, have two little boys, Ryker, 4, and Maveryck, 4 months.  They also have a kitten named Kylo.  In her spare time Bailey is dedicated to taking care of her grandma.

Matt Sherburne

Matt Sherburne joined our facility in 2016 with nearly 20 years of restaurant experience, traversing meals from regional American cooking, casual and fine dining restaurants. Starting in Applebee’s in Ashwaubenon, Matt gained experience in high volume cooking in a fast pace environment. From there, he moved downtown and worked for Café Expresso and Hinterland Brewery, where he refined his take on flavor combinations and cooking techniques. During this time, Matt was also a student and culinary graduate of Fox Valley Technical College in 2007.  Matt looks to bring a fresh approach to cafeteria cuisine. Restaurant quality dishes are served daily, as we provide our residents with a variety of dishes that draw inspiration from Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, and American comfort foods.  Matt looks forward to incorporating a farm-to-table concept and work with local farmers and growers to utilize the bountiful harvests from the area and provide our residents with an even more diverse dining experience.

Samantha Jakups

Health Services Coordinator

Samantha joined Moraine Ridge Senior Living in August of 2015 as our Health Services Coordinator.  In this role Samantha trains staff, does assessments for new admissions, sets up care plans for our clients, and is in charge of our Quality Assurance Program.

Samantha holds an Associate Degree in Gerontology.  Prior to joining the Moraine Ridge Team, Samantha was a Lead CNA and Wellness Director for over 5 years.

Samantha has lived in Green Bay her entire life.  Samantha, her husband Tyler and their 2 year old Husky/Lab mix, Chevy, love to go camping on her parents’ land near Medford.  In her spare time Samantha also enjoys spending time with her family and  being “crafty” doing beadwork and painting.

Melissa Neta

Admissions Coordinator

Melissa began working in the healthcare field as a CNA and Health Unit Coordinator in 2004 after graduating from Antigo High School in 2003. She then began taking classes at NWTC in 2012 and graduated in May, 2015 with my Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Gerontology. Currently, she is working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She enjoys working with the aging population and strives to help others in any way she can whether it be lending a listening ear or providing referrals for services needed. When Melissa is not busy with work or school, she enjoys walking her dog, Wisco, hanging out with her boyfriend and family, shopping, going to concerts and watching the Green Bay Packers. Go Pack!!! She has also begun taking a liking to baking and crafting and would like to attempt gardening this year.

 

Luanne Wiltzius

Office Manager

Luanne joined Moraine Ridge in May of 2012 in the newly created position of Office Assistant. In January 2016 Luanne was promoted to the position of Office Manager. Luanne’s position is very diversified from answering phones, admitting visitors to the building, and interacting with the residents and their families to assisting the Director of Resident Relations and the rest of the staff with any projects they may have, along with a multitude of other duties. Luanne is also a member of the Quality Assurance and Improvement Team.Prior to Moraine Ridge Luanne worked in the Human Resources field for over 20 years and holds a degree in Marketing from UW-Oshkosh. Luanne is also a Certified Human Resources Professional through UW-Green Bay.  When not at work, Luanne enjoys spending time “up-north” with her husband, Jim, their dog, Fireball and cat, Morgan. Luanne is also an avid reader and enjoys creating recipes that she tests on her family.
